May Secrets respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on May Secrets infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent. Your notice must include:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  2. The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content on the Platform;
  3. Your full legal name, mailing address, email address, and phone number;
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent with:

  1. Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal;
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  3. Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email;
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice;
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

May Secrets maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. If a user receives multiple valid DMCA notices, their account will be permanently terminated.

Good Faith

Please note that filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. We recommend consulting a legal professional before submitting a notice if you are unsure whether content infringes your copyright.
