18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance

May Secrets is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any content found on the website. All visual content depicting actual sexually explicit conduct is produced entirely by the Creative User (May), who is solely responsible as the primary producer.

Compliant Content

Content on May Secrets that depicts actual sexually explicit conduct as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256 is subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Creative Users who upload such content are the primary producers and must maintain all required age verification records pursuant to 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Exempt Content

Content that does not depict actual sexually explicit conduct — including non-explicit photos, text posts, audio, and other non-visual material — is exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257. As a platform host, May Secrets qualifies for additional exemptions under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230 as it does not produce, direct, or otherwise create any user-generated content.

Custodian of Records

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and the regulations set forth in 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the custodian of records for all content hosted on May Secrets is:

Record-Keeping Obligations

Creative Users who upload sexually explicit content to May Secrets are solely responsible for maintaining age verification records for all individuals depicted in their content, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations. This includes:

• Valid government-issued photo identification confirming each depicted individual is at least 18 years of age;
• Records of legal name, date of birth, and any stage names or aliases used;
• Documented consent for the creation and distribution of the content.

May Secrets may request proof of these records at any time and will remove content and terminate accounts where compliance cannot be verified.

Records Retention

All age verification and compliance records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the content is removed from the Platform or after May Secrets ceases operations, whichever occurs later, in accordance with 28 C.F.R. § 75.5.

If you believe any content on May Secrets violates 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or involves a minor, please contact us immediately at support@maysecret.com. We will act swiftly to investigate and remove any non-compliant content.
